Welcome to High Ongar Primary School

Visiting a school during the school day is one of the best ways to choose a primary school for your child.

For those children that turn four between 1st September 2025 and 31st August 2026 the the closing date for applications is Thursday, 15th January 2026.  We have completed our school tours for this intake however if you would like to look around our school please contact the school office by email admin@highongar.essex.sch.uk

For those children who turn four between 1st September 2026 and 31st August 2027 and who are looking for a space in our Reception Class of 2027, we will be holding school tours in the autumn of 2026.  Please revisit this page in autumn 2026 for the tour dates.
